Personal one-to-one strength training sessions are one hour long. They cost $63.50 per hour, and session packages are only sold in pre-paid packages of 10 or 25. BONUS: You get a free hour if you choose the 25 session package!
Studio hours are 7:30 am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday. For strength training, there is a minimum of attendance of twice per week.
Two person training: $105/hr for packages of 10 and 25 sessions. Both people must be in similar physical shape.
