Personal one-to-one strength training sessions are one hour long. They cost $65 per hour, and session packages are sold in pre-paid packages of 10 or 25.

Studio hours are 7:30 am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday. For strength training, there is a minimum attendance of twice per week.

  1. I am very interested in signing up for a personal training package two days a week. I am 77, live in the area (part time) and am relatively fit. I need the discipline of a personal trainer and your program sounds great. I am interested in strength, balance, flexibility and cardio
