7. Nothing tastes as good as self-pride feels.

8. Dive into learning about sugar, fibre, water, alcohol, in-activity – like your life depends on it.

  1. Great tips A grocery store is alwyas the first thing I try to scope out when on the road in a new area. Then I make sure the room I’m getting has a kitchenette of some type where I’m not compelled to eat out every day & it’s considerably cheaper in the long run as well.
